Senior Support Worker

About the role

We are recruiting for a Senior Support Worker in our Highland Outreach Programme.

Highland Reach Out is based in Inverness and is a community-based outreach housing support programme that works with anyone aged 16+ who are living in their own home or in temporary accommodation. Joining the team, you will help to co-ordinate and manage the day-to-day delivery of the programme.

We need you to be qualified to SVQ Level 3 in H&SC or SCQF equivalent and also SVQ Level 4 or SCQF equivalent, or be willing towards this. We also need you to have gained experience of managing staff or volunteers.
