Tenant Liaison Worker

About the role

Our Private Sector Access and Sustainment Service helps to end homelessness in 2 ways:

Rent Deposit: Through facilitating access to accommodation within the Private Rented Sector and providing a high-quality support service for (at risk of) homeless households.

Rapid Rehousing and Transition Plan: Work to the initiatives set out by the local authority to meet targets set. Increase the number of Private Landlords and letting agencies using the service. Support core groups to access the Private sector through use of the innovation fund.


Joining our programme, you will report to a Senior Tenant Liaison Worker and you will establish and maintain relationships with letting agencies and accredited landlords to increase access to the private sector for the people we support.

We need you to be qualified to SVQ Level 2/3 or SCQF equivalent, have an appropriate housing qualification or be happy to work towards this. We also need to you have gained previous relevant experience and have a knowledge of housing management.

This post offers hybrid working, from the office, at home and also in the local community.
