Welcome to Outreach South Lanarkshire.
Providing stable and supportive pathways into safe homes, we are an early intervention resource to prevent people from becoming homeless before things reach crisis point.
We believe that early intervention can help break the cycle of homelessness. Despite the best efforts of many committed organisations, people leaving hospital or prison, or repeatedly presenting as homeless, currently do not receive the joined up throughcare they need at the point they return to the community. Our new Outreach service has been developed to strengthen that transition, offering practical and relational support before crises escalate.
We have been working in South Lanarkshire for 18 years and remain committed to walking alongside people, providing support to them in their toughest times.
