The post holder will play a key role in the switchover process, arranging and providing access for new meter installs and assisting in the facilitation of new tenants energy accounts.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Gather and record utility data
- Arrange and agree a process for meter readings
- Visit sites to locate and read meters or provide access for utility meter replacements where necessary
- Create and maintain a database of utility suppliers
- Timely and accurate processing of utility invoices, challenging where appropriate
- Recovering credits from suppliers
- Assist Finance colleagues with any backlog of utility invoices
- Act as the key contact for energy related matters, providing technical/practical advice for electricity top up cards and electricity meters
